How To Treat Mold Under Nails?

Good morning, I recently had my nails done and discovered that a mold had appeared under one of my nails. I am assuming it is from water getting between my nail and the acrylic.....I have the acrylic removed and am treating it with an over the counter antifungal ...is there anything else I can do??
