How To Treat Muscle Spasms In Rib And Back With History Of Ovarian Cancer?

What is causing my involuntary muscle spasms in my stomach, in my rib cage under my breasts, and in the lower part of my back. Have had ovarian cancer and recently been diagnosed with hashimoto thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, t3 toxocis, vitamin d deficiency. What can I do to prevent these spasms, and how can I get rid of them when I get them? They are very painful. Are they caused be my thyroid problems or something else?
