How To Treat Myasthenia Gravis Inspite Of Using Nystatin And Triple Antibiotic?

I have a button g tube long term for myasthenia gravis. It s been fine for 6 years. In the last few months, it s been itching, bleeding and draining sometimes tan and sometimes black. It also feels like broken glass is around it. I ve seen my gi doctor who sent me to a stomach doctor. Before I saw them, I was using Destiny, nystatin and triple antibiotic. Not all at once. Just trying whatever I can think of. They have me using thick gauze to make it tighter and more stable. No difference. Any suggestions?
