How To Treat Nagging Headache And Tiredness?

I have been having this slight headach for about a month or more. sort of like a nagging type headache, not painful but uncomfortable. Along with the headache I feel exhausted, just tired...the more I stir around the more exhausted I feel. Went to the Dr. my pressure was extremely high. It's come down with new meds but headache and tireness are still here.
