How To Treat Nausea,dizziness And Back Pain During Pregnancy?

37 weeks today. Feeling really tired and lots of body aches. Can not sleep at all due to back pain. Sitting up, walking, and laying down does not ease back pain at all. Having really bad nausea and dizziness and light headed constantly. Tried drinking lots of water, i have been on iron pills for a couple months and take my prenatal vitamins ever since the beginning of my pregnancy. Mild diarrhea, a huge increase in very thin liquid discharge and lots of stops to the bathroom as well.
