How To Treat Neuropathy In Feet And Reduced Sensation In Thighs?

I recently had a doctors visit in which he tested my ankle and patella reflexes and he said I had no reflexes in either place on either side, I also have neuropathy in both feet, reduced sensation in my thighs and part of my back, occasionally I loose sensation in both arms as well, I am also loosing my hair, my skin is dry, I have brittle nails, and no longer have any teeth. I am forty four and ten year post gastric bypass, I have been tested for diabetes, thyroid problems and anemia's all were negative, feeling a bit lost at this point, any ideas?
