How To Treat Night Sweats And Hot Flashes In A Person With COPD?

I have copd and emphizma. Have punctured a lung earlier this year. I am having a tightening in my right chest above breast just to left of sternum . Am under stress and just came off steroids from fluid built up on lungs. i also have RSD. I have had night sweats and temp flashes as well as chill with slight cough. I have a very tender spot in diaphragm area as well can you help?
