How To Treat Nose Bleeding And Spitting Of Blood Caused Due To An Injury?

My daughter got hit in the head and nose by a metal piece playground equipment. She had a goose egg on her forehead and a bump on the bridge of her nose. Her nose bled when it happened and that night her nose had a little blood in it and she was spitting up blood. She had been spitting up due to having strep last week. She seems fine now. Is this ok?
