How To Treat Nose Blockage In Children?

hi ..
i am 18 yrs old,i am having nose blockage from 14 yrs old...initially i didnt bothered about it...but after 17 yr i noticed it and i consult to a ent and he said my nose have bend.....now days i am struugling to breathe.altenately my one hole is always blocked with cough and it will become severe in nights......
will u suggest wat i need to do.is operation is 100 success ......
