How To Treat Nosebleed And Tenderness Of Head After A Head Injury?

Yesterday I was at the zoo kneeling at a window (which was in a rocky cave) looking at a tarantula. I stood up quickly and hit the top of my head on the roof of the cave. I have hit my head many times before but none have ever hurt in that way. I felt like my head was bleeding but it wasn t. It is still very tender and it has been about 32 hours. I have also never had a nosebleed before but when I woke up this morning and blew my nose, it was bleeding. anything to be worried about?
