How To Treat Numb Hematomas On My Bum?

I have 2 large hematomas on my bum and the back of my leg, from a blunt force trauma caused by falling of a horse on to a sharp wooden object. they are about 10 cm across and stick out enough from my leg peoplecan see them thru my pants. they hurt so bad, and have a burning sensation when they move or get bumped. it is like pooring boliling water on my skin. i fell off 9 days ago today and no improvement. it did break skin and i instantly got purple bruising that is now turning yellow. the hematomas are almost numb..have an odd sensation to them. have to sit on ice and take lots of ibuprofen and they are still swollen.
