How To Treat Numbness And Headache On Right Side Of Head?

Hi, I hit my head three days ago, experienced mild/moderate edema at site (right/hairline), slight headache. Feels like the entire right side of my skull is numb. No other symptoms presented. Is this something to be concerned about with no other symptoms? thx.
