How To Treat Numbness In Leg After Having An Implant?

Dear doctor, I had a implant surgery on my right femur before 8 years .. & i feel there is a num feeling on my leg and often i am looking to strech them or put some pressure on the same .. also feel i am not able to involve in my sexual life not sure it`s due to the same .. However i feel errect at the beginning stage but later it comes to normal .. What do i do ?? please help me sort this issue .. not sure whether i have to meet an ortho, neuro or a sexologist
