How To Treat Occasional Dizziness Caused Post Cataract Surgery?

Hi. I had cataract surgery 6 days ago on one eye. I was told by the surgeon it was rated a 4 plus on a scale of 1 to 4. My vision is clear now in the affected eye. I have been feeling occasional dizziness the last few days especially. How long can this feeling continue after surgery?
