How To Treat Ovarian Cysts?

Hi, Last year I was diagnosed with Hydronephrois and Ovrain Cysts and I was put on birth control for the cysts because they were really bad.. But latelt I have not been feeling good and I have a pain on my lower right side.. (right by my appendix) I am drinking LOTS of water and I can not go pee.. WHat is causing this and what should I do?
