How To Treat Pain And Discomfort In Rectum?

hi sir i am having a strange pain in my rectal, the uper portion of my hole pain a lot, while driving or specificly on motorbike, feeling a lot uncomfort also while cough it pain bit more, also while siting it pain. not much but it does. please advise me what to do, regards.
