How To Treat Pain And Fatigue In Body Inspite Of Taking Steroid Therapy?

I have RA. I receive regular treatments. I have had the condition for 4 years. For 3 months I have had all over body aches however the aches are not in joints. There is little to no response from steroid therapy. My sourness and aching becomes so painful after work that I have to use heating pads. I m having trouble getting closes on and off and caring for my own hygiene. I have no issues with blood pressure or blood sugar. Other than RA I am very healthy. I suffer from considerable fatigue due to long work hours. However this aching in the evenings is much more than fatigue. What is wrong with me?
