How To Treat Pain And Pus Discharge In Buttocks Caused Due To Shingles?

Hello & Good Evening!!I was diagnosed with Shingles today. My symptoms have been 1) pain on my lower right buttocks 2) 3 small pimple-like sores 3) increased pain & tenderness in the last 2 days 4) pus oozing from them. I had Shingles about 3 years ago & always thought I would only get it once. is this true or false?
