How To Treat Pain And Swelling Of Penile Shaft After Intercourse?

My penis head got hurt due to aggressive sex about a month ago..... After subsequent sex sessions the problem has become worse and itching and pain has spread to the pubic area and scrotum... After last sex pain and swelling has become more intense and oh her areas of penis seem to have been injured.... In monogomous relationship so sad unlikley,Help!
