How To Treat Pain And Tightness Of Leg Inspite Of Taking Advil?

I have been having problems with my right leg this week. In the bend of my leg, right above my calf has been tight and hurting when I walk on it. It felt like it needed popping. Well tonight I was stepping up to get into a pickup and pushed off with that leg and heard and felt something pop. I could not walk on it at all. I could walk lightly only if I use my tip toes and not the rest of the foot and then it still hurt. I have used ice and compressions with advil. Have any idea what I did to it?
