How To Treat Pain Around Wrist Due To A Injury?

A few years ago I fell and landed on my wrist. It hurt quite a bit but went away after a few hours so I didn't see a doctor about it. Since then it has bothered me pretty much constantly. It's not enough pain to keep me from doing anything, but if it's cold or early in the morning it feels sore. Should I see a doctor about it?
