How To Treat Pain During Urination Despite Taking Urixin And Velosef For UTI?

Hi...I am suffering in U.T.I infection long time ago..my doctor diagnosed me that my urine have amorphas urate and pus cells and also RBC present.. During urination I feel more burning sensation and more pain in right side of the kidney...I am now using citarlka citro.soda urixin and velosaf and many tablets...but I will be fine when I was used but its a temporary not permanently relive me from such a pain...
