How To Treat Pain In Latussimus Dorsi Area?

Good morning Sir, I'm a 47 yr old w/m and had a sudden onset of pain in my latisimus Dorsi area (excuse my spelling) on my right side. Upon viewing the painful area, I noticed a spotty red rash and is painful to lift my arm, and painful when pressing in the armpit area. Had no recent trauma.
