How To Treat Pain In Lower Abdomen And Back After Having A Miscarriage?

Hello,had a miscarriage at almost 19 weeks. My water broke and had to have my cerclage quickly removed. Labour started and stopped after about an hour.It had to be manually removed. The placenta then broke. Scan revealed it was still in after 5 days. Went in for an evacuation. Now I gave pains in my lower abdomen and back and also my pelvic bone hurts. I have uterine fibroid that I suffered pains from from the 5th week of pregnancy.Please help. I have taken painkillers and its not stopping. I can t sleep
