How To Treat Pain In Lower Back And Hip Inspite Of Taking Tylenol?

I have pain in my lower back hip area. When I lay down for the night I m ok. In the morning I can hardly get up because of this pain. I have to move slowly and then I can get up. It hurts in certain positions about 3 to 4 hours on and off .I take extra strength Tylenol 500 mg each (2 tabs every 6 hours). I m not sure weather or not is sy. nerve problems or kidney.
