How To Treat Pain In Lower Back,legs And Tingling Sensation In Ankles And Foot Drop?

I was rearended by a tractor trailer in an accident. Since my accident I have had low back pain, buttock pain, front upper leg pain along with pain going down back of leg and pain in my calf and ankle pain, I get tingling sensations in foot, my ankle feels stiff. I now have foot drop and had an MRI which should bulged disc, then was sent to have an EMG test by a neurologist. At first the neurologist was going to check my back, leg and foot but he only did the leg and foot. He said that the results were negative. I am not sure what is going on. I am wondering if I should get a second opinion. I did not have this problem until after the accident.
