How To Treat Pain In Penis Due To Contact With Dettol?

Accidently spilt undiluted dettol on the head of my penis whilst treating a deepish cut to my groin/lower abdomin. My penis began to hurt, so I irrigated it with soap & water, it still aches a little after half an hour, but feels a lot better. Do I need to do anything else, or is it a case of letting it heel?
