How To Treat Pain In Ribs And Back Due To Smoking Weed?

I smoke weed or dabs (cannabis oil extract) daily and just recently I have felt pain varying from ribs to back. I was curious if it had anything to do with it. I have been smoking for a few years and feel very healthy have even lost weight to a more optimal figure. Just curious your idea
