How To Treat Pain In Rotary Cuff Inspite Of Taking Baclofen And Flexeril?

I have carpal tunnel and a messed up rotary cuff. I was given hydrocodone 5/ 325 but it doesn t help with the pain. Other meds tried were baclofen, flexeril, tylenol 1000mg non asprin with 500 mg naproxen and motrin. I can t seem to find pain relief. Today I was given a sjot of toradol and still have no relief. Any suggestions?
