How To Treat Pain In Shoulder And Joint Area On Being Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

I have fibromyalgia; or at least that is what I have been diagnosed with in the past.....the problem being I have begun to have pain in shoulder blades, and in the ball joint area that will take your breath away. This continued for two days, and then is only slightly sore? Is this still my fibromyalgia?
