How To Treat Pain In Shoulders And Back Due To Constant Dehydration?

Hi, am I ill? Been lying in bed for past week, dehydrated constantly, bad throat. My past. Tonselitis about 6 times or 7 but never taken out. Heavy shoulders but always had weak ones. Back ache and also my head feels heavy whenever I try to get up. I have previously hurt my teeth so my mouth feels heavy and dry and I have some swelling.
