How To Treat Pain In Sides Of Neck And Chest Causing Difficulty To Breath?

Lately,the sides of my neck have been hurting when I try to breath. Sometimes I try not to take as many breathes considering the pain in my chest and neck . Do you happen to know what wrong.Also sometimes when I try to laugh sometimes, I end up coughing non-stop and it cuts off my air & usually it results in me throughing up.
