How To Treat Pain In Tailbone As I Fall Down The Stairs?

Hi, I just turned 25, I am about 5'5'' and 175lbs. I have been in relatively good health until I recently fell down the stairs and have hurt my tailbone. It happened on Friday, and Sunday I had started my period. I have now been on my period for about 3 days and I shouldnt have even started for about another 2 weeks. The color is that of old menstration remains, could this be directly related to my fall?
