How To Treat Pain In Testicle After Undergoing Bilateral Varicocele?

Hi,I m 25 year old and undergone for surgery of bilateral vericocele on 2nd April, almost 5 weeks back.. but still i m feeling Pain in both side, specially in my testicular which pulls in upward direction. I am having voveron and Daflon 500, but no result. Also when i use to wear supporter it helps me a bit but not for the whole day. Please suggest what should i do or what precaution should i take.??
