How To Treat Pain Of Right Rib After Eating With History Of Chronic Constipation?

I have a pain 2 or 3 inches below the centre of my right rib that occurs soon after eating, I have had chronic constipation for several weeks which is unusual for me as I am normally regular, maximum strength senna tablets Hhave no effect but eating a lot of grapes seems to be improving the situation. Is there anything else I can do?
