How To Treat Painful Boil With Black Discolouration On Inner Thigh?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and have a very painful boil with black center on my inner thigh it has been there for about a week just keeps getting bigger and more painful I put hot compresses and have hot baths multiple times a day do I need to go to the doctor or hospital?
