How To Treat Painful Facial Mole With Pus In It?

Hi, I have a beauty spot on my left cheek, it has always been there but recently , the last 6 months it has become very painful. I thought maybe i had a spot under it and puss did come out when i squeezed it but then it becam more sore. it seems to be getting bigger. what is this?
