How To Treat Painful Scabs In Ear?

my right ear has had scabs for the past month.I pulled off a piece of skin. It bleed lots for 15 minutes or so. It has scabbed over, but is very sore. I was using Taro-Mometasone Lotion but it just got extremely sore. Then today I put on Fucidin Ointment.The pain has let up.
