How To Treat Painful Vaginal Fissures?

i had rough sex with my boyfriend about a week and a half ago and since then ive had extreamly painful vaginal fissures. i dread having to go pee because the pee touching the fissures is excrutiating. Ive put polysporin on the fissures for the past three nights but it doesnt seem to be working. what should i do?
