How To Treat Pain,swelling And Redness Of Eardrum Post Surgery?

Hi i had a surger on my left eardrum 8 yrs ago due to my eardrum had a hole in the size of a Quarter. Almost every year around this time my left ear hurt and my left eye got red and swelling. Also inside my mouth left uppon gumm hurt. I almost can t swollon my own spit. I felt like left side of my face mum. What i need to do to? Thanks.
