How To Treat Panic Attack Inspite Of Taking Buspar And Ambien?

I had a panic attack and the doctor at my local hospital put me on buspar. now I have been up for days with no sleeping at all...I then was given ambien for sleep it worked the first night but the second night it didn t work at all...what do I do now...help me please
