How To Treat Partial Complex Seizures?

Hi Dr. My son struggles with a partial complex seizures and uses homeopathic treatment in addition to tegretol. He is a university professor and recently having few attacks during the lecture. He experiences digestive problems (bloating, constipation and diarrhea, hemorrhoids) He attributes his symptoms to food sensitivities but it is his perception. Can you think about the protective measure that he can use during his lecture to avoid attacks then? Clobazam does not work. No known medication has any effect on his seizures. His MRI is perfect, His EEG most of the time is correct except twice higher Theta waves in his right temporal lobe with small shoots in the left temp. lobe.Thank you for the consideration.
