How To Treat Pcos?

I have had 2 ruptured ovarian cysts, one last may 10cms and a recent one in Feb, I was told I might have poly cystic ovarian syndrome because of irregular periods, I was advised to get a coil, but have been bleeding since February and not been able too, I am a bit concerned and have been to see my GP who said wait for referral to endocrinology, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure last may also and am on medication since, in the hospital they thought this might be as a result of PCOS, I am concerned that if this goes on it may affect my fertility, im 30, what should I do?
