How To Treat Pelvis Pain And Hypersensitivity?

I was in a car accident On June 4 of 2010 and sustained many injuries. Specifically an eight inch titanium bolt through my sacrum and pelvis and two, two inch titanium screws through my ankle. I also have 3 bulging discs throughout L1 and L5 of my lower back. I now experience daily pain including but not limited to, aching, shooting pain throughout my right arm. Throbbing in my pelvis when I lay on my side to long, and hypersensitivity in other injury specific spots. Are these pains normal to the healing?
