How To Treat Perforated Bladder Wall Plus Acute Abdomen?

I have patient 65 yrs old with T4 tcc which has perforated the bladder wall and there is intra and extraperitoneal contrast extravasation on cystogram, patient has acute abdomen and there is no hydronephrosis, cathter is draining a little urine, what i should do with this patient?
