How To Treat Peripheral Neuropathy Leading To Burning And Itchiness Of Feet And Legs?

Hi! I have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. I have been to 5 specialist and have had three nerve test done along with blood work and other test. Unfortunately they all say it s unknown cause. The blood test both showed that I had an very high ANA level. No one has any suggestions as to what to do for me . I have burning. 24/7 , numbness in feet and legs, and bad cramping in legs and feet.along with my knees being achy. Any suggestions???? Anything would be greatly appreciated !
