How To Treat Persistent Bleeding And Abdominal Pain Due To Incomplete Miscarriage?

I am told I had an incomplete miscarriage,Currently I am Still bleeding more as day goes on and get some pain in centre of lower ab and towards hip.bleeding is not as much as before though.I released two lumps of clots about three cm in passing urine this Wednesday like liver Yesterday at one point and today now I m getting discomfort pain in my left thigh the top also had it fluctuate to my arm yesterday but not today,What could it be?
