How To Treat Persistent Headache,ringing In Ears And Joint Pain Due To An Injury?

i am a 52 year old woman who worked in a train station for 24 years, I had 2 rear ender auto accidents in approximately 2008 n 2013 while I was totally stopped, I was horse playing one time when I was about 30 with a friend and they unexpectedly jumped on me from the side while I was sitting and I felt and heard cracking all in my neck it was actually scary I felt like my head was being ripped off my shoulders inside, I've had severe headaches since I was about 35 up until today which have gotten worse severity and frequency wise through out the years, my headaches almost always come on in the middle of the night and after eating, sometimes I don't want to eat for fear of one coming on and sleeping was always my favorite thing, I cant sleep restful at all, I wake up with joint pains, sometimes in the middle of the night I straighten my arms or/and legs because this often makes the headaches less painful, which makes me really feel I have some kind of circulation problem, all I know is that this is and has been so stressful I want to have more than 2 days pain free, for the last year or so I have been experiencing constant ringing in my left ear and for the last month or so I have been experiencing sharp pains in the left back side of my head and neck and a real sharp debilitating shocking pain when I turn my head sudden, don't know how this works but im tired of complaining and given pain meds without a reason for the pain
