How To Treat Persistent Pain In Lower Back And Testicle Due To An Injury?

I was in an accident over a year and a half ago. Since then i have had constant lower back pain, mostly on right side. It hurts more when i sit. Lately, when the pain comes, my right testicle hurts also now. It is very annoying. Why would my back pain make my testicle hurt?
