How To Treat Phleboliths Of Left Arm Inspite Of Using Hydrogen Peroxide?

HAve a phlebolithe in the inner surface of my left arm, opposite side of elbow. It became swollen and came to a boil like head. It has drained and gone down. Have been using hydrogen peroxide on it and neosporin ointment. Seems better. Is this sufficient?
